About Our Hospital

Waterloo West Animal Hospital was established in 1994 and is owned by Dr. Michele St.Pierre. We employ 5 full time Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVT), one full time Veterinary Medical Receptionist, an office manager and several full and part time support staff. A Groomer is also on premise to offer expertise toilettage for your pets.

Waterloo West Animal Hospital is accredited by the College of Veterinarians of Ontario and the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). We maintain memberships in the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), the Canadian Veterinary Medical Association (CVMA), the Golden Triangle Veterinary Academy, the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association (IVCA), the American Academy of Veterinary Homeopathy (AAVH), the American Laser Society (ALS), the American Association of Feline Practitioners Association, and the Veterinary International Network (VIN).
